  • stop freezing raining!!!!!

  • It's Narnia!

  • LMAO @ 0:10

  • SOUNDS like FIRE

  • I remember this storm. We were without power for 3 weeks and had to cook in the cold in the back yard over a little kerosene camp stove! Had to heat pot after pot of water on it to bathe in - not good! We Arkansans aren't used to that kind of weather!

  • At least the trees weren't exploding and yes trees explode under extreme cold. I would rather be there than here.

  • i loved that. STOP FREEZING RAININNNNGG lol

  • this came to my house

  • i went threw it it was bad a tree almost destroyed my house

  • that big glassy crash was amazing!

  • wow ive experienced this before. This happened in texarkana at the end of 2000 and early 2001.

  • i didnt love it there were branches as big as trees breaking off for 3 days and nights us and all the neighbors had trees on our roofs and no electric for 2 weeks was it one or 2 seemed like 3

  • i have a similar video like this on my page. ice storms are freaky

  • we had that in pea ridge arkansas and it lasted for 2 weeks lol it was awesome lol i loved it!

  • Oh God it was horrible. I NEVER want to see anything like that again. Plus we had to go to school late in the summer, too. :(

  • We had the same storm in Mass. about a week and 1/2 before christmas, and we had no school for about a month, it was crazy.

  • yea this is one of the 2 seasons we have here summer and winter

  • i remember that storm it was horriable

  • I'm in Jonesboro, AR. I've been here for a few bad ice storms but this one was the worst I've seen. The falling trees sounded like gunfire ALL night!

    We are still cleaning up.

  • Try having a tree come crashing down right atop the room you're immediately in. This sent me literally running for my door. Over in Evening Shade here and the crashing trees kept me up all night.

  • stop freezing raining!

  • wow.pissed off at 0:10

  • I live in chicago and I'll take 2 feet of snow any day before that damn ice... I hope all is well!

  • I was in this storm... and it was terrible

  • WOW IM SOO SOORRY

  • Holy crap! Thats nuts! I hope everythings cleaned up by now!

  • WOW!

  • This ice storm was terrible! There is a girl I go to school with and she still doesn't have power! That's around 4 weeks!! I live in Marshall.

  • i live in lone oak

  • i live in jonesboro and there was just constant rumbling from trees falling. It still looks bad in some places

  • Even for me in Southern Ontario, an ice storm of this magnitude is rare. You guys got hit hard.

  • jeez.... i never seen anything like this before.... it's so scary.... and this sounds are so creepy.... just like worse nightmare....

  • how is this once in a lifetime? that happens alot even when i lived in illinois lost power for a week so dont say this once in a lifetime cause it aint

  • The old-timers of the area say that they have never seen anything like this ice storm, so in their lifetime it has only happened once. That makes it a once in a lifetime event.Yes, these things happen occassionally, but the magnitude of this storm was the worst in the past 100+ years for this region. 60-90% of the canopy limbs were lost. It is hard to comprehend the amount of damage. Parts of Kentucky, Tennessee, and Arkansas were far worse, Just sharing my thoughts, not slamming your comment.

  • no worries its all good yeah your prolly right old timers prolly havent see anything like this storm

  • LOL not impressed, dude i live in ky, we got hit twice as hard

  • We had 2" of ice here in Rogers. Lot of power lines down. I only lost power for 2 hours.

  • sweeeeet

  • Ice storms are beautiful, when lightly painted on trees and bushes; not when they bring trees and power lines down and cause havoc on the roads. WOW.

    *StormSpinner1* in Texas

  • people think, where's global warming now.. but that's what u get with global warming.. mostly ice, less snow, and severe wx like we just had in ctrl/s okla.

  • so part of arkansas had a little bad weather.... it doesnt meen the apocalypes lol

  • great, now the dudes with the 2012 shit are starting to make sense.. great.. just fucking wonderrrrful..

NOT! awesome video! loved it, i wish we could have that opportunity

  • 2012? I need to google this right away. This by any chance would be like in 1988 when there was a book released called '88 reason why Jesus will come back in 1988"? would it? ahh, I'll find out in a few minutes.

  • the book was called 1984 not 1988

  • I was pretty much in the middle of this. It was not fun at all.

  • that night I had frozen trees like that, but on tuesday it rained all day, I lucked out.

  • geez no school I presume

  • man, i would be sleeping through that. unless a tree hit the house, i'd be out like a lightbulb. course more than likely i'd be out working (firefighter) but it woudl suck.

  • I live in Jonesboro, Ar. Before power went out, a transformer started blowing, showering the iced trees with bright blue light and billions upon billions of blue fireworks-like sparks. I should have filmed it. I will next time. My pecan tree got hurt pretty bad. My neighbor's pine trees were stripped as if a giant hand pushed its way down the tree stalk stripping all the limbs off. Very sad.

  • Cool!

  • thats nothing new.....come around here

  • damn that looks harsh.awesoem vid guys keep em commin.i wanna see some eye of the tornado vids xD

    -pete-

  • Incredible footage; wow! FIVE stars!
