zariaone i dont think it was so much that jason is dense but i think he figures that whatever elizabeth had to tell him, she would tell him on her own time but i do think that he thought she wouldnt lie about the paternity so in a way he was blindsided by him thinking she would never keep something that big from him

Okay, it's kind of funny watching these old clips. Really, how dense was Jason that he couldn't figure out that what Liz was hemming and hawing about was that HE was the father of her baby?! Seriously, I cannot believe he didn't figure this out on his own with all the hints she kept dropping! Is it that he trusts her so completely that he just never had a thought that she would keep the truth from him? Wow!
U could tell right here that she was trying to figure out his reaction to the baby! The whole part about "hope", she's clear on it b/c she wants to be with Jason but Lucky is in the way!
I am so afraid that Liz is going to say yes to Lucky's proposal, only because everyone is telling her that Lucky could relapse if he gets bad news...which in turn sets everything back with her and Jason. And we've come so far!!,(
