  • it is an irish bouzouki!

    not a bouzouki my friend.

  • It is an international bouzouki. It is an irish bouzouki model, made in England, played in the style of a scottish musician who lives in Brittany and used to play Asturian music. But i just didn't think I had to explain all that to say what instrument I am playing.

    Yep, that's me.

  • no sorry amigo. Bouzouki is a greek instrument. 3-chord the classical one, and the "modern" 4-chord.

You have to differentiate, the Irish bouzouki is a derivate of the greek bouzouki. Such thing as an international bouzouki doesn't exist.

    Let's do not lump altogether.

  • I do know all that quite well, but as we are talking about my instrument and my video I wiil call it whatever I want :-)

Be sure to catch the irony in all my posts, please.

I don't care about names, I care about the music. Greek bouzoukis are great as well.
