@jonno3600 well i guess you have never heard of a dimple surround im not sure if the 9512 has one but just because u see dimples on the surround that dont mean the sub is bottoming out of course your 3515 dosent have excursion like that its a lower line model

@Thrash3rSkateRock Can't tell you the dimensions off the top of my head. I know it was a very tight fit. I had to round off the top because it rubs on the window. You don't need 1 18 and 2 12's. In a hatch with a good 18 should be plenty loud or just 2 12's. This one 12 is LOUD. Having a hatch is a big advantage. Plus you don't want to put that much wait on a mustang if you race occasionally.

@BeEazy1992 Do the box as recommended by the manufacture. DD 9512 series do require a good size box and I believe the BTL's are the same way. You have to account also for sub and port displacement on the box so it'll be bigger than just making it to what the manufacture says.

Its 3 batts in total. Its a big amp and it needs power. I got a good deal on the power master and I already had the kinetic thats why theyre different.

Well its a 4000 watt amp... plus the one for mids and highs. No it has 3 batteries on it one up front. HO alternator also. Its a good thing to avoid voltage drop.

I think 3-4K they do fine if not played too much. For burps I've heard of 5-6K but thats for burps. I think on 9500 anywhere from 2-3k is good power for them daily.

I was running my 3500 series at about 1500 rms for hours. Never had a problem with them. I think 2.5k should be ok for the 9500

Yes it did thats why i dont use it right now. I had plans to make a new box but im doing a turbo on my car and the woofer might have to go along with my amps. Check out some IDMax subs. I had those before and their surround flexes like that all the time but thats normal for them.

I believe they use a very similar motor but I hear the soft parts on the konakis are trash. People are buying them and doing DD recones on them.
