  • @ArchieC Serge uses 3 day split :

    Workout A - Quads & Chest

    Workout B - Back, Hamstrings & Calves

    Workout C - Shoulders & Arms

    I still use the exercises he suggests, and there are alot of them, all 6 Sets of 10-12 Reps; I still use that but maybe 4 - 5 sets and a different split routine.

    I train 6 days a week with a 3 day split of:

    Workout A - Back & Shoulders

    Workout B - Chest & Arms

    Workout C - Legs & Calves

    Abs every day. Serge did 2,000 non stop in his prime.

  • @VanDammage14 My favorite is also the 3 day split, my split is currently day1 chest/arms, day 2 legs , day 3 back/shoulders then rest 2 days and repeat.....I found that using a 3 day split with only 1 rest day just wasn't enough recouperation....I have been pumping iron now for 35 years....keep on pumping....

  • You need to gain more mass unless you wanna b a fitness model.
