A good tactic for fighting Black Cat is knock her off the platform then hit her with a barrage of attacks or airstrike

the AI in this game is so bad she wont fight back because she will be so focused on trying to get back to the platform

Don't go Black Suit Path on Symbiote-Black Cat. You won't get a Red Suit/Black Suit path choice after defeating Symbiote-Vulture.
