This is bullshit. Loan service's do not have to work with you on a loan modification. They make you get all the paperwork together then at the last minute they tell you that you don't qualify. WTF! The banks got all that money from the tax payers and they STILL do not have to work with the tax payers. PURE BULLSHIT
