...most of them young, sexually permiscuous, slaughtered by the law or psyche meds and institutions, ecstasy and lsd freaks...thrown away for domestic violence or financial disputes...There's a guy with 12 kids w/12 different women, it's a shooting gallery for meth, heroin, tons of pot shops...and sexually loose, even devil worshippers 100+ years hard party zone. They mostly come there to live at the beach where it feels free and is free for those who know how to avoid the cops.
