Someone gave me a 6-volume VHS collection of The Monkees on MTV...which was a mix of the first-runs on NBC, the 1967 summer repeats and the CBS Saturday Afternoon airings. I still have them to this day. It's really wild to view the old syndie version again after acclimating myself to the original first-run edition.
great video, from the first episode on t.v. (Not the piolet) one of my faveorite romps, if you get the DVDs, Davy Jones does a commentary in it, it's funny.
My volume is at "3" on my speakers and it's at a good volume. Any louder and my neighbors might hear this great song. Might wanna check your settings.
I think "Take A Giant Step" worked better for this scene

yeah, it was the premiere episode. I also have this same segment with "Good Clean Fun" as the song. Now THAT'S a strange clip!

Awesome song written by Nesmith himself....he was a very talented songwriter but never got much credit because of the Monkees stigma.

Good moments from the show, but you need to fix the audio. Had to turn the volume up really loud just to hear it.

Did you notice the amount of distortion and crackling in that version? It was transfered WAY too loud.
