He recorded 2 vocal versions in the same session, one with Ivie Anderson on the Variety label, and one on Columbia sung by Ivie, Rex Stewart and Harry Carney. Ivie performed a song with this title in the Marx Bros. movie A Day at the Races and Ellington might have participated in making the film. If so, their music ended up on the cutting room floor. The filmed song bears little resemblance to these records.
