That goes unpunished, or even mentioned in media, and with officers covering for each other.. some people mouth off to officers, and get beat for it. some officers don't seem to have problems breaking the Law. also even people with petty crimes, no show in court, or not paying fines, go there.

We used to have money to take more of the mentally ill off the streets. Most psychiatric centers did not close because of 'bad staff" 'trouble getting workers' etc. These places closed because people were DYING IN THERE because of CUT-BACKS IN STAFF. What used to be a 6:1 staff ratio became a 20-30 : 1 ratio.

Todays tax money is spent on labor & delivery + maternal & pre/post-natal care for ILLEGAL(s) & people who will not work.

The "guest worker" program will HELP FIX THESE PROBLEMS!

these people get all the help in the world, but unfortunately they keep coming back through the system. i work with these people on a daily basis and about 70% really need help, there are those that claim to have psychiatric problems to escape the realities of jail, but those pay the price in the long run. believe or not most of these folks are docile unlike the media report makes them out to be. I found some of these folks to be very bright once you get to talk to them.
