Adam is the perfect mentor, kind, constructive and having been a child entertainer since the age of ten, can relate personally to their fears, hopes and give them excellent advice. He would be an excellent teacher, patient and having substance. Love seeing and hearing him speak as much as his magnificent vocal and stage talent. He is exciting and a decent, very real magnificent human being!

@rentfreak333 That's a bit uncharitable, they're kids who are there to learn and Adam is doing a good job of teaching them. He has all those years of voice lessons and experience behind him, of course he's better and more professional, that's the whole point of the series.

Talent doesn't just appear out of nowhere, it takes work to get that raw talent to Adams standard, that's what is wrong with the music industry today, no one wants to put the work in.

@rentfreak333 those kids are insanely talented, actually more talented then any of the x factor contestents haha, obviousley no adam, but imo adam is the best singer of all time (cue the hate mail haha), im not a glambert well sort of but im not that obsessed, im a straight male who just clearly see's this guy has it all, can sing, dance etc

@3ku1 hey I'm not going to disagree with you in fact I'll go one step further I am obsessed with Adam only because I haven't ever been exposed to such a great talent in my life. I've lived long enough to know real talent. It's refreshing to hear views about Adam from straight males and your opinion is important to me as another Adam fan. No hate mail from this Glambert.
