Of course he said The Queen made him do it..lol.. whatever... he starts to redeem himself in book 9.. In book 10 Sookie does something sweet for him, but the thing makes you wonder if he ever really was IN LOVE with Sookie.

I agree with you candece (maker of video), if you've read her books, which the show is based on, you'll already know that Sookie and Eric have some serious thing going between them, and Bill betrayed her several times. In Season One, they pretty much covered book one. In Season Two, they're starting on book two's plots. So, it takes a while to reveal the depth to Eric's complex character, as well as others' characters. Love both the show and the books, though!
