SM will occasionally throw some cuss words in their music. Have you heard KRY's single Heartquake ft. Yunho and Micky? Micky says "Sh*t man!" right at the beginning, and it's not even in the background like it is here.

I think the use of swears is just another way to appeal to their international audience.
