  • Mr. Cantor is right that Obamacare includes federal dollars for abortion-on-demand. The current House bill (HR3962) says on page 110 (lines 1-7), that "nothing in this act shall be construed as preventing the public health insurance option from providing for...coverage of services described in paragraph (4) (A)." The "services described in paragraph (4)(A)" are elective abortions. Due to separate funding channels, the Hyde Amendment will not prevent this.
