one of the most underrated players in RL! i was spewin when he left parra to the uk in 01. how parra didn't win the comp in the late 90's i'll never know.
i'm pretty sure in 01 when parra made the final smith was suspended in the semis, they had no chance without him & there wasn't much media about him not being there if i remember.
