  • HOLY SPIRIT IS GOD HOLY SON JESUS CHRIST REV 4,5-5,6

  • Calvinist babble...

  • This is what religion does to your head. HIS understanding of the Bible is THE ONE REAL TRUTH, even though it is in opposition to thousands of other Bible followers. God despises everyone else and will torture them forever, unless they agree with this guy. But, innumerable other Christians have COMPLETELY different revelations, and they all believe they have the ONE TRUTH, and every one who doesn't agree will be tortured forever (and they are quite happy about it too). Think about it.

  • A God that kills and preaches " Do not kill" is a hypocrite God.

A God that preaches unconditional love, and then punishes for loving the same gender is not a loving god, and a liar.

A God that kills due to believing in a different god is a jealous God.

A God that requires a blood sacrifice is a blood thirsty god.

A God that needs to test his creations has limitations.

A God that punishes you for what your ancestors did is a vengeful god.

Bottom line, no God is not worth worshiping.

  • dose my video look like a father is any of the things you just mentioned?

  • Please dear Father in heaven help the blind that they might see clearly and be filled with the love of God, I ask this in Jesus Christ. Amen.

  • Part 3

The guy is lying outright. He can not claim he misunderstood that passage becos there are thousands of passages- in fact the whole Bible tells one story- REPENT and God will forgive u. The whole Bible tells the story of man (Israel) rejecting God again and again and how God pleaded with them and continues to plead with them to repent and how God punished them again & again for their stubborness in walking in sin. If God predestinated them to sin, why would He plead with them to repent.

  • God chose some when he could JUST AS EASILY have chosen all. And I thought "standard" christianity was unjust and made no sense.

  • Part 1

That passage from the Bible "so it is with everyone born of the Spirit", means these things occur (the Spirit leads you as He chooses because you gave up your life to God - His Spirit, therefore He can carry out his plan through you because you through your free will agreed to it ) when you become born-again- born of the Spirit and not man (or flesh/ blood- i.e. your body/mind no longer rules you but Spirit of God). So you are now dead to flesh (sin) and alive in Christ (God's Spirit).

  • @dymchurch1 - He could JUST AS EASILY have chosen no one too.

  • @clutch300 Your point?

  • @dymchurch1 - God is not abligated to save anyone. If the Governer of a State chooses to pardon an inmate on death row, is he then abligated to pardon all on death row?

  • @clutch300 If there is absolutely no difference in worthiness or merit, then yes he's OBLIGATED!!! If your religion says different, it is WRONG. But your "god" is an immoral monster in the first place for ever making humans subject to damnation. As a proud christ rejector it is my unshakeable belief that nobody deserves to be tortured forever. Instead of being worshipped your "god" should be spit upon.

  • @clutch300 I agree God is free to save whoever he wants to save.... God is absolutely free and owns the salvation to nobody....

  • Religion is a futile attempt to abstain from loosing your mind

  • "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" ...get our nine part video series and thou might be if God chooses you... No, Paul told the guy to do something. "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved" 2Co 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

  • johnnytamb0rine..who would want to see this video?...not a child of the devil.thats 4 sure...u need some rebellion to stimulate ur flesh..u use God`s name in vein and use profanity and wonder why u dont like this video..its because ur BLIND to the things of GOD...when u repent of ur sinful life u will be able to SEE...until then...the TREASUREs of GOD`s WORD remain boring....until u turn ur back on ur LIFE of SIN and ur heart towards GOD..u wont know HIM.....

  • Mark, thank you for these videos.

  • Oh my god is this shit boring!! Who the hell would want to watch this?? Come on people, give this video more THUMBS DOWN!!

  • @j0hnnytamb0rine Psalm 37: 13 "The Lord shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming"

  • "Like the wind, God does something we can't see or sense."

Haha. Tell that to the victims of severe sea storms that have wiped out town after town.

I was predestined to not believe this bullshit.

  • Jesus said that Salvation was only for the Jews. Mt.15:24; Mt.10:5,6; Jn.4:22; Rom.11:26,27.

Paul said that salvation was also for the Gentiles. Acts 13:47,48.

Repentance is necessary. Acts 3:19; Lu.3:3.

    Repentance is not necessary. Rom.11:29.

    Non-believers obtain mercy. Rom.11:32.

Only baptized believers obtain mercy. Mk.16:16.

All who call on the "Lord" will be saved. Rom.10:13; Acts 2:21.

Only those predestined will be saved. Acts 13:48; Eph.1:4,5; 2 Thes.2:13; Acts 2:47.

  • what crap.

  • The Bible teaches that there is no free will. Examining Exodus, Ecclesiastes 7.Ephesians 1, Ephesians 2, Acts 13, Romans 8, Romans 9, 2 Timothy, 2 Thessalonians and Revelations, we see that God's plan overrides our free will those that do good do the specific good that God predestined them to do, and all others are ruled by Satan because God sends "powerful delusions" to them. The Christian Bible frequently states that God creates our future and decides our fates, no matter what our own will is.

  • @metapatriot Of course the bible teaches there is no freewill. Well there is, but if you use it, its off to hell for you. If you had freewill, religion would lose the power it desires.

  • @trixxxy100 But it does me no injury for my neighbor to say there are twenty gods or no God. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg. -Thomas Jefferson,

  • How God sees one mans future from another in itself is an election. It is an unconditional call because it was predestined. And It was by the grace of God through righteous faith in Jesus Christ. The Word of God speaks through people who believe that noone comes to the father to know the way, the truth and the life unless it is through the light of man who is our Lord Christ Jesus.

  • What a horrible, horrible world view on life this man has. This is why I regard religion as an abomination.

  • This guy IS a Calvinistic blasphemer but ALL Arminian/lose your salvation are "Arminian works devils'' who believe in salvation by WORKS. ALL'' lose your salvation'' is salvation by works. Only Calvinism worships the devil as much as '' lose your salvation''

  • @barrypatrickius I dont understand a fucking word of what you are saying...

  • @arvelos76 agreed

  • @barrypatrickius

    -

You have to try that comment over again. It is absolutely impossible to determine what on earth it is exactly that you are trying to say.

  • Nonsense.

  • "I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me; I was found by those who did not seek me" Isaiah 65;1

I became a Christian as a result of a religious experience, so I strongly believe in the power of God to choose those who would not have chosen Him

  • Comment removed

  • That would make sense...because God already knows where your going when your born....

  • Lets say man believed by decision he came to Christ. This is a wrong theology. But I did not know when I got saved any order for salvation. This can be only edifying after I'm saved for honor of the gospel.Nothing a man can do good or bad in relationship to the Gospel can keep man from Christ. Can man get saved at a Benny Hinn fiasco?Yea he can. God does not make mistakes, His Word His Spirit. I go out to evangelize ( often) none of what God is doing rarely applies intellectually to the moment.

  • If your doctrine contradicts direct statements of scripture then its wrong. Even if the one verse you are standing so solidly on seems to make a strong specific point. reformed theology like this (calvanism) majors on things God never inteded people to major on. they take verses that are intended to comfort people and turn them into declarative statements that change the heart and nature of God.

  • read the scriptures and let them speak to you by the spirit of God. Do not receive a teaching then imprint it on everything you read. Study these things for yourself.

  • reformed theology needs to be flushed into the darkest pit of hell. these guys simply do not understand scripture and read right over passages that explain the truths of what God is saying to people. their own doctrines contradict themselves all over the place and produce nothing but spiritual pride and cause people to turn from God instead of to God. there are many passages that illuminate all the factors that go into Gods choices. Even though He made them long ago. its based on forknowledge.

  • @ NewDirection4us. Jesus did not die on a cross for some of the world but the WHOLE world. The problem is that you're trying to understand God through man's wisdom. That is futile. His ways & thoughts are much higher. The Word say's many are called but few are chosen, That narrow is the road that leads to eternal life, few will find it. everyone is called of God & God has a plan for their life, but we are the one's make the decision; not God. Grace is given to anyone that chooses to follow Him.

  • @researchOne23 Here is something to research : "Life in the World Unseen". You can download it for free from the internet.

  • Carlton Pearson's gospel of inclusion says everyone is saved, so God chose everyone to be 'born again'.

  • God knows everything before it happens. So, He knew who would accept his calling. So predesitnation makes sense.,

  • @MsHannelore That's right, that's why ALL MEN simply means Jews and Gentiles, all types or kinds of men.Since God knew who He allowed to be born who won't be saved,Jesus is not waiting on these to come, but rather God's elect who would be born in the Future, once all have been born again,Jesus is coming back..To persist in thinking God is being patient toward the goats, waiting on them to be saved, would make God not too bright and we know that's not the case, only OPEN THEISTS WOULD BELIEVE THAT.

  • if we really study the bible in whole.... this video truely is what it teaches. Romans is a great book to back this up... GREAT JOB!!!!

  • @rhondau88 I AGREE....THE GOSPEL OF JOHN IS EXCELLENT, TOO.

  • THIS IS FALSE TEACHING!!! (John 3:16) For God so LOVED the WORLD! that He GAVE! His only begotten Son that WHOEVER! believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life. It's not God will that anyone perish God gave us free will. We choose to follow Christ. Yes God know already knows that many will reject Him, but that isn't His choice; it's OUR'S! This Guy makes it sound like true christians predestined elete group that God sovergnly selected. Sorry bro; God loves everyone; not some.

  • @dzagarman I'm watchhing this christian video and I have only one question. Where does it say in the Hebrew scriptures which you folks label as "old" and "Invalid" that it is incomplete or needs an addition? Instead I read a warning by G-d Himself in Deuteronomy not to add ANYTHING to His Holy complete Word. Where does it say in Torah that Salvation is needed outside of Torah/Tanakh??? Nowhere does it say in the Torah for us to follow greek teachings or mangods. I don't get your doctrine

  • @LosAngeleno1959 Jesus is the Messiah

  • @dzagarman With all due respect sir, we Jews do not believe that your jesus is Messiah. In the Torah the Moshiach only comes once and does everything once. He is a man and not a god and we Only Worship One G-d. It's all right there in Deuteronomy. Word of advice. LEARN HEBREW. When you learn the hebrew language and read the Hebrew scriptures in their original form it will blow your mind. Why do you think your pastors always tell you to read John first when you make an altar call? It's deception

  • @LosAngeleno1959 The apostle Paul was Jewish and he wrote in 1Corinthians 15:45 that Jesus is the second Adam because the first Adam (son of God) failed in the plan that he should become a spiritual being. We descendants of Adam are "men of dust" and "living souls" but dead spiritually.

  • @yarrw The children of promise are people of every land that have been filled with the Holy Spirit,Christians, followers of Jesus. Are you a J.W.s?

  • @CBALLEN You are thinking about the 144 000 of revelation which the JWs believe will be the only ones saved. I say that psalm 51:11 proves that old testament heroes such as king David were actually saved at that time.

  • @yarrw I agree, they were trusting in the Savior to come.

  • @LosAngeleno1959 Rom.9:6,8But it is not as though the word of God has failed. For they are not all Israel who are descended from Israel; In other words, it is not the natural children who are God's children, but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham's offspring. Believers in Jesus are God's children, not of the blood, nor the will of man,but salvation is of the Lord. The Jews received a partial hardening so Gentiles could be graphed in Rom 11.

  • @CBALLEN Hmm sounds like replacement theology to me. Thats why we jews have no confidence in the anti-semitic ramblings of Paul as well as the rest of the NT greek writings. The are Haman like anti-Torah teachings to te core and on Judgement day G-d will vomit that pagan nonsense from Jeriusalem and all Yisrael. Your NT writings have been responsible for the deaths of millions of innocent jewish souls but there will be a day of reckoning from the Almighty and all that mangod doctrinewill end

  • @LosAngeleno1959 No,it's not replacement theology,it's what the Bible calls the children of promise,God calling people His that weren't His.Now Jesus HAS PEOPLE of both Jew and Gentile decent,I know you probably hate that, but that's how it is.

  • @CBALLEN The children of promise are those who have the 'spirit' (2Cor 5:5 & John 7:39) and that includes the 'great cloud of witnesses' of Hebrews 12.

  • @LosAngeleno1959 Now the only people who will receive salvation are those who God has chosen to believe in Jesus. There is no salvation for Jew or Gentile, unless Jesus is their Lord.

  • @LosAngeleno1959 True Christians aren't anti-Jewish or Torah,we believe the Torah,or course we don't believe in your Satanic Talmud.Christians are the biggest supporters of the Jews and the Jewish state.Isiah 53 is all about Jesus the Jewish Messiah,it's not about Israel as the Jews like to claim. The Torah also tells of the Messiah coming twice, once as the suffering Messiah, the next time as the MIGHTY KING.God partially blinded the Jews to who Jesus was so that the Gentiles could be grafted in.

  • @LosAngeleno1959 "Your NT writings have been responsible for the deaths of millions of innocent jewish souls..."

No it was not the scriptures or the teachings in them that's responsible for anyones deaths, men are murdered by wicked men, their motives are irrelevant.

  • @LosAngeleno1959 Hey, if you have't seen it; you should do a youtube search on Ron Wyatt, Discovering the Exodus. I think you might like it. It's a great documentry.

    God Bless bro.

  • @dzagarman

I wouldn't trust anything from Ron Wyatt!!! He's a liar. Sorry.

  • @dzagarman whoever believes in Christ and has faith are the elect. Yes, God gave us free will and look at what it got us through adam. We have free will as born sinners to commit sin. Only when we receive the Holy Spirit do we change. All sinners deserve Hell, thankfully, God has chosen to save some.

  • Supernatural (aka emotional & psychological manipulation and re-labeled as the "power of god"). Such an eye rolling experience.

  • @scottymorrison666 Christianity is too pagan to be real but that doesn't exclude a true biblical God.

  • @yarrw If you had left out the word 'biblical', I would agree with you 100%

  • @scottymorrison666 Christianity is a 'sin and death' religion and just as Jesus had conflict with organised religion, so any thinking person will question all doctrine.

Maybe the true faith is about life? That might be good news?

  • @scottymorrison666 Lots of possibility in the unknown so anyone who just says 'there is no God' (without proof) might be a little narrow minded.

  • @scottymorrison666 All scientific theories and facts cover the theoretical 3 or 4% which is the 'known' universe. What about the unknown 96/97%

  • This is one of the best videos out there, straightening out theology so it fits Scripture.

Thanks for posting, Lane. (I've reposted this on FB a few mins ago.)

  • @scottymorrison666 Hi Scotty. I see by your name that you DO believe in the God of the Bible; only someone who knows He exists would use "666" in their name. I mean, otherwise, you're just being dopey, right?

Christ claimed to be both God and the only way to God. No other religion makes such claims. Best to start here. If it's right, you can stop searching. If wrong, you've eliminated one of the biggies.

Btw, it's not the "Christian" God, but the God of the Bible you refer to.

  • @scottymorrison666 You'll meet Him someday, and perhaps you can take this issue up with Him when that opportunity is afforded you. How do you suppose that conversation might go?

  • there never was a god and the bible is fiction

  • like jesus once said, " to he yee be... he be yee" or some thing like that.

  • Bible God is myth. He's the biggest fairy tale for adults because they are fearful of what might happen after death. So they think if they believe out of gullible ignorance God will favor their idiocy and allow them into a heaven that doesn't even exist. So stupid !

  • If God "Elects" some and not others, then isn't it meaningless to Pray for others to be saved?

  • The idea God can't condemn sinners is based, I think, on an idea of Him being a 'grandfather in the sky'. This is wrong.

It's also wrong to think God *owes* people a place in Heaven - He doesn't.

The third error I've read is that by choosing, God is not showing love. Doesn't love, by definition, discriminate? Is it so strange that God should love His people from before the world was made, and wish them to rejoin Him at the end of days? Is God's love less than ours?

  • Some Christain fanatics make him seem like a HORRIBLE person.

If you're not "saved" or "baptized" you'll go to Hell.

That's not the God I believe in.

The one I believe in doesn't judge you if you've gone to church, read every script of the bible, or been baptized,

he judges you if were a good person in life. If you were able to stay away from evil. It would be horrible if he sent everyone "down there" because they didn't put their head inside a bowl of water. I love Him<3

  • Amen. All glory be to God and NO MAN.

  • It does not matter what your seminary told you is the order Mark said man can repent and must repent to be converted. The problem with seminary teaching is that they have no practical application of knowledge.I've been a evangelist out on campus for thirty two years and seminary order like the gospel call, etc is in effect by the work not head knowledge. There is no repentance without the Spirit first given.

  • Man cannot repent because in his flesh lives no good thing. And repenting is a good thing.Lane is confusing he says repent like John the Baptist preached and as Jesus preached about the kingdom not the Church. All repentance by John the Baptist included works of law (fruit worthy of repentance)Repentance without works cannot be done without first being regenerated by God's Spirit. That is why the Church gospel is regeneration first and with it the gift of repentance by grace, not works.

  • @polopowers1

The man in the is Mark Kielar, not LaneCh.

It says so in the vid description to the right of the vid.

You should watch the vid 'The Order of Salvation', also w/

    Mark Kielar.

  • @polopowers1

    Cont.

This is from the vid mentioned in my comment above.

    1. Election 2. The Gospel Call 3. Regeneration 4. Conversion 5. Justification

    6. Adoption 7. Sanctification 8. Perseverance 9. Death 10. Glorification

  • Let me see the order of my salvation is? Wait the mentally ill brother next to me needs a pen. Whats that oh yea my six year old niece says she can remember 3 she wants to know is she still saved?Than there's the...........

  • Only if you are one of the elect!

  • Don't we have a free will to choose to be save?

  • you are alreadt saved its just your choice to accept that Jesus paid the price for your and has already forgiven you he calls all of us to be born again spiritually

  • Over the years we have all been lied to by many false Religous Leaders and so called prophets. Many things we have been taught are not even in Scripture and millions have swallowed so many lies by these false leaders. If you are a truth seeker please visit the web site which is displayed in our user name and take the time to read some of the articles... You will be very shocked.

There is a great audio there for you to listen to. You will come away asking many questions.

    Blessings

    Thanks Ben

  • Forget it, I just saw this info in the video description. Thanks.

  • Can you please tell me the name of the video series this comes from?

  • then why were you born with a conscience? Conscience has nothing to do with a religion , but G-ds way of differating a man from an animal.

  • vasilos;

I was born out of no choice of my own. I think you left the letter "O" out of GOD ... why?

  • Hey vasilio;

If you would take the time and the initiative and dare to read your bible a little more closely and carefully you will see that the God in the bible is not thinking like a God at all but is conformed more to the humans who invented him in their own barbaric image themselves. Man invented God.

  • man did not invent God he simply just is....he is the beginning and he end the first and the last

  • Randy;

Your idea or concept of a God sounds more like a combination of circular, moronic, question begging reasoning that makes no sense whatsoever. It is just a desperate attempt at propping up something that doesn't exist past the mind. Man in his desperation to find God could only invent him because of the frustrations and realizations that there just isn't any such a being in existence.

  • question begging? when did i beg with a question? how do you know that God doesnt exist

  • Hey Randy;

Just by applying a small dose of common sense is the best way to know biblegod doesn't exist. It's a god men invented.

  • and what is common sense to you? this does not prove to me that he is not real and that the bible is fake?

  • Randy;

It's quite obvious you haven't read your bible with an objective, critical thinking mind. If you did, you would be able to draw the same conclusions many others have come to regarding it's obvious mythology. Do you really believe in the talking snake? The first man created from a pile of dirt and the woman from his rib?

  • who are you to tell me how my mid thinks and works not everyone thinks the same. and if we didnt come from the ground then where did we come from who created us? the fact that a snake could talk means that satan possessed the serpent to make it talk

  • Randy;

My parents made me. As for that talking snake in the magical garden where he allegedly took advantage of 2 buck naked humans to eat some magical fruit? It's all fiction and fairy tales. Use a little logic and common sense. You'll be amazed at how much enlightenment your mind will experience as opposed to your continued stultification of your mind you are doing to yourself. It hurts me to see people insulting their own intelligenge as you are. Get a grip friend. Get a grip.

  • this made no sense what so ever because you didnt answer the questions i have asked and the garden of eden is not magical nowhere in the bible does it say that

  • randy;

You asked me who created us and I told you my parents did that and I'm sure yours did too. The fairy tale story of the Garden of Eden is just that, a magical fairy tale story. You don't actually believe it's literally true do you? Surely you can't be that gullible.

  • there were other questions i asked you and they were not answered but with a response of how dumb i am to believe in something that is true....i can prove the bible is true and that Jesus is real you havent done any actual studying of it to prove its disbelief

  • Hey Randy, I answered your questions and if you think you can prove Jesus is real, then, go for it, send him out to my house. He is all - knowing, therefore, he should know where I live, so I'll be waiting to hear my door bell ringing. In fact, you can prove it to yourself if he is real by asking him to appear to you right now. Go for it. And ... keep me posted.

  • why is it up to me to send Jesus to your house and to show him to you. since you know that he is all knowing and knows where you live why dont you ask him yourself? you ask him to show himself to you and he will he has shown himself to me because i sought after him. does he not say draw close to me and i will draw close to you....he will come to you if you seek him dilegently. ask and you and it shall be given knock and it shall be open seek and you shall find

  • '''''' why is it up to me to send Jesus to your house and to show him to you. since you know that he is all knowing and knows where you live why dont you ask him yourself? ''''' I already did and he never showed up proving he is just imaginary. Now prove it to yourself.

  • i already proved it to myself..its you who doesnt believe something had to happen to you in your life that caused you to draw away

  • So Jesus literally and physically showed himself to you? Yes there is something that caused me to reject Xtianity. I started to use my brain to think with as opposed to surrendering it to blind faith.

  • yes Jesus showed himself to me. so your saying you didnt use your brain when you did believe then?

  • Exactly. Just like you are not using yours right now.

  • so if we are not using our brains then how are we able to read and write and watch tv and to walk and run and jump and talk and sing and do everything else in the world?

  • More question begging .....

  • all you atheists pay attention to how the story sounds but not the message! you need to read the bible and understand the lessons of the bible. if you dont understand, thats why theres church to break it down to understand or just to converse about christ!

dont run away from responsibilities to be a real man.

  • @joshuaAskate

You don't have to go to church to be a real man.

Saving lives and trying to better everyone lives around you is more manly then going to church and learning about a thousand year old book... For what?

  • @nogogma,

John 6:63....The words I have spoken to you are spirit and they are life. 64Yet there are some of you who do not believe." For Jesus had known from the beginning which of them did not believe and who would betray him. 65He went on to say, "This is why I told you that no one can come to me unless the Father has enabled him."

Don't fret, you haven't been enabled to come to the Father because of your sinful desires. That is why the Bible is foolishness to you.

  • Hey oldno; I don't have ''sinful'' desires and i am not a sinner. Sin is a myth. You have been brainwashed my friend. Sin is just a religious/superstitious term invented for the purpose of mind control and religious indoctrination.

  • umm its just when you feel when you do something bad, for example.. if youre going to steal, your heart will start racing, that indicates that that is wrong and is a sin. get it?

  • @oldno74 ;; You're a retard pal.

  • @oldno74

God or Jesus, I'm pretty sure, won't make you spend forever in a burning hot place because you did not read the bible. That wouldn't be very nice, now would it? Doesn't seem godly at all.

I think he is a lover, and looks at the good traits of life.

You, on the other hand, are very judgemental and a bit of a know-it-all. Which is funny because you really aren't.

Let's not get all emo, now.

  • @sourpatch1316

When did I say if you don't read the Bible you go to Hell. You go to Hell if you don't have faith in Christ. And who said anything about being nice. Do you think God was nice when he commanded people to be stoned? It isn't about God being nice, it's about his Sovereignty. He made us and can do anything he wants and you can only know Him by reading Scripture.

I'm a sinner just like you. If you have faith and follow Christ, it's covered by his blood. Christ saves us.

  • @oldno74

I know for a fact He won't send people to hell because of that. That's not holy, now is it? You make him sound like a horrible person. I am 100% sure that He judges by the persons actions and how they behaved in life (did they donate, did they love?) not because they don't have faith in him.

Um, sir, how old are you again? I think you seem to be stuck in B.C.

  • @sourpatch1316

Can you please show me proof that God will save a person from Hell because they were "nice" people and that it's not because of faith??? I can give you all sorts of Biblical evidence and proof that God saves a person because of His grace and choosing, not because of anything we do.

Here's one: Eph 2:8 For by grace you have been saved a through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast.

  • @oldno74

Oh wow, no wonder you don't have any friends.

I guess I would be annoyed, too if everytime I said something you quoted soemthing out of the bible.

And honestly, I don't see ANY proof.

What about the little kids that don't know ANYTHING about ANY religion? What if they weren't brought up that way and they didn't know? God is just gonna send them straight to hell?

  • @sourpatch1316

You obviously have some growing up to do. When you can have a discussion without being immature, then I'll talk.

  • @oldno74

    I'm only 14, no duh.

You obviously have some growing up to do, too if you're going to talk about religion over the internet. Real mature.

  • Thanks for posting!

    God bless!

  • CBALLEN - I believe many are called but few are chosen means some Christians are called to be like Billy Graham or Hal Lindsey gifted by God to lead millions to Jesus ' Those are the chosen the many called are Christians who receive salvation but do not have a special annointing or gift to use ' but are saved none the less ' the thief on the cross was called but not chosen Paul was called and Chosen simple as that ' it has no relevance to salvation just gifts .

  • I don't agree with that interpretation. In context that passage is about salvation. You cannot add your own context to this kind of passage.

  • I agree

  • Since i wrote my comment I've been praying for understanding and wisdom.I have come to the conclusion that it is God who chose who He wanted to be saved from the beginning and that all men are not 100% HUMAN.

  • thats partly true not all people are people......some of them are demons wearing a mask. and some people are just possessed by demons but they are human for they know not what they do God will give you understanding you just have to keep reading and studying the bible. te bible says to test all things so get a book form your local book store and start there. and read it along with your bible. i suggest the purpose driven life.

  • I don't know if I cleared anything up for you. But I KNOW what will. If you truly want to know, pray about. Read your bible. Ask God for discernment on this matter. Don't get frustrated if it doesn't happen all at once. Or for that matter, at all. Consider the sovereignty of Holy One of Israel. Read your bible, b/c anybody can tell you anything. READ. Get to know him for yourself. It's getting to late in the evening. Pick a side. I'm praying for you, friend. In the name of Jesus.

  • I believe in God's election, but I wanted to ask, what do you believe that it means when the Bible says,"many are called but few are chosen"Does this mean that some don't even recieve the General Call for what ever reason God has?

  • In the two instances in Matthew where Jesus uses this phrase, I believe he is referring to God's relationship first w/ Israel then w/ Gentile believer's.

  • this means many are called to come to him but he choses those who are going to help fight for his army. like moses was chosen to lead the people out of egypt. jeremiah was chosen to tell of the things to come many are called to come to know christ believe and go to heaven but the few chosen are those who are live for Gods purpose and his alone. i hope this helps and makes sense its not everything but yeah

  • That's the way I see it. Though he knows, we still have to find out. What is the true ineffable plan? Why let satan wreak so much havoc, why let a third of the host rebel, why let adam and eve be cast out? He knew they would do it, but they didn't. Sometimes he does things to show you who you are, and sometimes that's painful. Like a father, he has to let you LEARN that fire is hot and when you get too close, it burns. The power is in our CHOOSING him. Is forcing us loving us?

  • We are born dead in our sin. We have no heart,no will, no desire for God. Romans 3:11 THERE IS NONE WHO UNDERSTANDS,THERE IS NONE WHO SEEKS FOR GOD

The only way we even start seeking Him, we come to faith is the Father drawing us by His Spirit John 6:44 Jesus talking:"No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him and I will raise him up on the last day. As the Spirit of the Father draws us we come to faith, to believe in Jesus as the Son of God, our Savior & LORD over our lives.

  • "But wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peacable, gentle, and easy ro intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace." James 3:17-18. Please make an amendment to my previous post, I meant James 4:10-11. Any true believers, pray for me that I continue to grow in my knowledge of God and in my compassion for man. Peace.

  • Hey Brutus, You sent me a message about my question, but I don't remember what I said.

I struggle with predestination, because if the love of God overwhelms you soo much u cant not respond, then how does anyone explain the desertion of Satan, 1/3 of heaven, and of course adam and Eve.

  • "Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up. Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a DOER of the law, but a JUDGE." James 10:11 Please cease from these endless debates, especially you my brothers and sisters in Christ. You only work to discredit the Faith, and turn away souls in the process.

  • I've always had a longing for God since I was little. I believe it was because He did choose me, not because of the environment I grew up in, although that has a part to play. Thank you God for loving us like you do <3

  • watch bro. eli soriano in Old Path

  • Romans10:9 "if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead YOU WILL BE SAVED" it doesnt say might be saved . The question is will you INHEIRET the kindgom> there is a difference. Also will you be ashamed before Christ? or are you walking in the Spirit which bears fruit. These measures of sanctification seperate the church people from the soldiers of Christ.. Get out preach the word walk in Gods power and mighty things will happen

  • Keep Jesus' parable of the sower and the seed in mind.

  • Please explain that we are responcilbe for the evil we do in our lives. But we don't choose the good? Satan, adam, judas were all chosen. But they rebelled.

  • i would really like to address your question, but I'm not sure I understand it as you mean it. Would you mind clarifying at all?

  • If we all died and it took a million years for humans to come back, how long would it take before someone realized they could make an idea to control the masses.

  • Jesus dying for our sins is the most non-sensical thing I have ever heard, especially when it's not even in the Christian Bible, not one!

  • But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8)

For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: (1 Peter 3:18)

Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification. (Romans 4:25)

Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; (1 Corinthians 15:3)

  • Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: (Galatians 1:4)

Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. (1 Peter 2:24)

  • So if I'm "elected" than why would I need to repent of my sins. God's grace "elected" me. I'm a Christian, and I'm not trying to disprove Calvinism, but I simply don't understand.

Also, if I'm "elected" and I still live a carnal life, and never repent, than God CAN NOT accept me in heaven because that would make him a liar. But wasn't I "elected"?

  • When God calls his elect to repentance, they will repent. They have been given a new nature through the washing of regeneration (Titus 3:5). A new heart set towards the things of God. It is impossible for a man who has been regenerated to dwell in sin. He may fall and have seasons of sin, but he will repent and continue on in his sanctification (Phillipians 1:6). This is all an act of Grace from God. It is not man who is saving or sanctifying himself. It is God.

  • Thank you, I was confusing repentance with doing works in order to please God, like the jews of the old covenant who would sacrifice animals. But Jesus never did away with the spiritual laws(ten commandments) So a believer will always be tempted by sin and still must repent of their sins daily. Turns out I just needed to read my bible, go figure.

  • this is well spoken. we walk with the mind of christ, its not intentionaly that we will sin we do thibgs we don't want to do, but we take it to Jesus right away, wwe ask for strenght to not do it again, we don't look for excuses to do it but rather fell condemned and don't wanna do it again, ...

  • hey circlekloser ....what if those murdered babies grew up like alot of hitlers? would God be unjust to let them grow up and do even more wickedness than they were just born in...?? God is never unjust. if you think that he is, you have a shallow, shallow, view of what is just.

  • False advertising. It said he was going to explain "Biblically" the order of salvation. Not much Bible there.

If you want the Biblical order of salvation, try Acts 16:31:"Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved."

If regeneration preceded faith, you'd think God would have said so in the Bible, and not given us scores of verses that say otherwise.

The Calvinist is saved against his will. The Christian is saved by grace through faith. Why must Calvinists hold onto vain traditions?

  • Traditions, you say, like a 17th century Anglican translation of the Bible? :)
