When people have job and feel safe where they live, then they have less reason to fight. That dosent mean that people should not try to demand their rights in a peaceful manner , as much as possible.

Secondly an export route from the Caspian Sea to Azerbaijan and Georgia and on to the Black Sea would be easier route for the US and Europe and bypasses Iran and Russia as well.

You would also think if this was the reason the pipeline would be built by now - to date it hasn't been.

Please. If the war was ever meant to be won it would have been over less than a year after it started. The US is the most powerful military power in the world. There is no way that the Taliban could have stood up to them for even this long if the forces were deployed to actually rebuild the country and win the war.
