@MrTurtle691 no I haven't ever gotten a player to 99. But to be honest you only need to max out a few skills to be the best player in the league. Hell, you can be the best player with a 50. But being 6'9 is a lot harder then being 7'5. skill points don't mean a lot here, but height makes a huge differnt.
