if you cut a slot in one (or 2) of your black slide tubes then put a small screw or similar into the inner white tube through the slot then you could have a limit to how much the gun slides open so it does not fall apart. if the screw was put in above the mag then it could be easily got at to remove so the gun then would come apart for working at. Or have strong string at a set length inside the tubes connected at front end and back of gun so it does not split But you would need unscrew the gun

If you sink the attachment barrel any deeper into the barricade, wont that mean a lot of attachments wont fit? I.e. Recon Barrel with Tactical Light, Longstrike barrel and Longshot Frontgun due to the overlapping pieces of the Barricade?
