I enjoy news and find any form of acquiring knowledge very interesting, but when you're in the mood for a laugh and this guy comes up it doesn't have the desired affect. I just heard on Rush Limbaugh's radio show some lady came on and stated to the effect that Article 1 Section 5 of the US Constitution specifically says "the Yeas and Nays of the Members of either House on any question shall, at the Desire of one fifth of those Present, be entered on the Journal" and that this provision being specific whereas the part in the same section says "Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings" is general and trumps the general. "Shall" also Trumps "May".

I think we have to include the late John O'neil as a whistleblower, also. He has a vital history that helps to illuminate (smile) the stonewalling that went on prior to 9-11.
