You guys saying he needs a built tranny .... You obviously don't own one of these Riga the 5spd. Nv4500 is one of the toughest 5spd. Trans made and besides the 5th gear nut working loose on some it's tough as nails I have this same truck (12v cummins ext cab long bed 4x4 with 5spd.) I've got a dyno proven 725 lbft of torque and the stock tranny has held up fine over the years an 440000 km on truck!!! Great truck ya a Mercedes would be nice but this is one hell of a truck

first off it doesnt hurt your mpgs if you drive it the same but when you can blow smoke it can be hard not to. secound off if you want to do anything to the fuel plate dont slide it back take it out grind it down to a profile and then put it in and slide it back or whatever you dont want high egts or to fry your tranny so if you have an automatic becarefull modding it too much

Depends. If its ve pumped first gen there is alot of free mods, and if you have a p pumped 2nd gen then your limited to the starwheel for free.

P pump is free to turn up fuel to a point, then you need to add some springs and plungers. P pump is kinda cheap to tune up.

i dont recomend messing with the waste gate your turbo needs to spool according to how much fuel is coming in or else it has a good chance of blowing up i would at least get some gauges

@caniwitech So the fuel goes into the exhaust and burns and get's hot as hell is what your saying. Here's another one for you. EGT's is important in gas or diesel applications in which turbos are involved. Why does it seem to be a problem more with diesels?

if you watch my other video you can see the intake, but its jst the stock air tube cut with spec 40 and a aftermarket filter. If you search google for the fuel plate you can find how to do it step by step.
