Me too! I hate how Haley acts. I hate how haley always acts pretty much lol. I mean love her but she is SO hard on those who makes mistakes and is the first to notice them and go at them for it and shut them out, but when she makes mistakes everyone forgives her and moves on. ERGGG!
I think people need to remember that Haley is Lucas's Brooke. People call Brooke a saint for being there for Peyton but take shots at Haley for doing the same for Lucas. They act as if she should be comforting Peyton instead of supporting Lucas in what he's trying to do. I admire her because she tried her best to do both, but as she points out here, Peyton said no or "someday". Even Haley took that as a no!
& who is Haley to talk when she left Nathan to go on tour WITHOUT even telling him she was leaving & last I recall she came back expecting him to welcome her with open arms. She does not have to be so rude to Peyton. Really, it's not even her business. It's between Peyton & Lucas. I like Haley but she really got on my nerves in these episodes.Just like Haley knew she & Nathan were meant to be that's how Peyton feels about Lucas & Lucas feels that way too.

wow, my favorite scene is when Peyton says she is gonna make the sacrifice for love so Lucas can be happy. there is so much emotion in that short scene. that deep breath peyton takes after she says "i love you, Lucas" is so powerful. You can feel the the weight of their past in that one breath. Hilarie is such an amazing actress!

I see a pattern! As soon as things get serious with Peyton he steps it up with Lindsey or Brooke, because he is scared of his feelings and scared of getting hurt and he just won't admit the truth!

I actually love all the Leyton scenes in season 5...well except for the "I hate you" part. i understood lucas completely up until around these episodes.
peyton tells him in 5x07 that she loves him and should have said yes, so why in the world is he still hiding? does he think shes gonna hurt him again after that? or does he just feel like hes in too deep with lindsay now? i dont know, but its obvious hes not over her.
He was about to cry when she ended things, and then he told Lindsey he wanted to get married right away... SIGH.

i love leyton, but i think haley was just being protective of lucas, who was originally his best friend, and she was probably upset that peyton lied about not coming back for lucas, because they are friends. however she still shouldn't be so harsh towards peyton, she knows leyton's history.

i HATE so much how haley acts here in this season. peyton and her have been through SO much more that haley and lindsey. yeah lindseys cool. yeah shes nice BUT she doesnt have the HISTORY that haley and peyton have. but i think one reason haley is so cold is she saw how heartbroken lucas must have been when peyton said no, even though it was wrong he gave up. i think she just doesnt want to see him go through that again. but still. being cold and bitter to peyton is not going to help him.

I actually love all the Leyton scenes in season 5...well except for the "I hate you" part. I mean, yeah Lucas was being a baby and he really pissed me off by proposing to Lindsay, but I think Leyton has such an undeniable chemistry in season 5. Look at the way he looks at her, it says everything. He actually looked like he was going to cry. He also did the exact same thing with Brooke. I mean during their whole relationship he was hiding his feelings for Peyton. Hasn't he learned anything? Jeez.
