Just get a person into deep trance and suggest that they will not recall being hypnotized. It works quite well IF you have them nice and deep. Use fractionation to get them deep if you need to.

No. I wish there was a way to make people forget. Would make things like quitting smoking SO much easier (just hypnotize them to forget they ever smoked at all). Unfortunately it doesn't work like that. You have to work with them to take the emotional element out of the memory (like with car accident or abuse/rape etc.) Then stuff can be in the memory but it doesn't affect their current day to day life.
@steveb0914 Well its is possible to erase a memory like said car wreck, it just depends on how deep the person hypnotized is and you would also have to clear all emotional connection before getting rid of the actual memory...otherwise the mind will fight it because it still has a hold on the emotion which is alot stronger then any suggestion

Yes, anybody CAN do this. But hypnosis is powerful and really you should train up and learn of the dangers first. The brain is a powerful thing to mess with... tread cautiously.

To do an "Instant" induction usually requires touch but regular inductions do not. I usually use just voice and most people go into deep trance in under two minutes - without me touching them at all.
Hi Sparkloweb. No, its not really doable to do an instant induction via text. Quick, yes, but instant, no. You need the 'shock' to induce the brief moment of trance, and that isn't really doable via text.
Now, once you have got the subject in trance, you can easily put in a suggestion for them to re-enter trance with a single word, spoken or texted to them. Easy.
Is it possible to apply instant induction in text? Not really total sleep or you would never be able to read the commands after going under, but a way to induce a trance while

Every time I see that induction done there is the head rotation after the command "sleep." Is that an important part of the induction? Is it a deepening technique? I imagine the command "sleep" is a pattern disruption. Sorry about the rapid fire questions, the only important one is about the head rolling.
When you do an instant induction, you do so by inducing a brief state of shock. The head rolling prolongs the effect and you then use voice to allow them to continue with the trance effect. It is not necessary, but many people find it to be extremely effective. You can just as easily rock the whole body, but you do want to keep them in the mild state of shock for a few more seconds while you take them deeper with voice
Ages. Get the training/certification before you do this. The mind is too powerful to mess with without the necessary training. As for becoming 'flawless' - practice, practice and more practice. Watch the many induction videos on YouTube for technique and then get some friends and practice on them, but I highly recommend getting some formal training before you do this.
There are stacks of places to get training. Depending on what you wanted, a basic certification could cost less than $3000. I am sure you could find someone locally to train you.

Thanks for the kind comment. The hand on the back of the neck allows you to feel body language and exert gentle pressure to help the head plop forward as she goes into trance. Not necessary to do it but it helps

Did you explain to her in pretalk the exact meaning of "sleep" command i.e. that after hearing it, she's gonna drop her head and go into trance, or did she submerge spontaneously, without this knowledge?
