Alright by ya one more comment. if u hadnt already learned this (i realise this is a desently old vid so you might have) but try getting your fingers to cast shadow. the balls are producing light like a lightbulb so your fingers should block the light or at least bend some shadows into it. its an advanced technique because your always moving but it adds alot of realism into your effects.

Well it would be hard to make total shadows but mostly i was talking about when your fingers are between the ball and the camera your fingers totally disappear as if the light was coming from your fingers as well. but ya I've worked a little in after effects and it is defiantly easier said then done lol

this is really easy to do with premiers lens flare effect..just b sure to use alot of keyframes to keep the motion smooth
