@TheWitchdoctr They didn't distort them, someone used a program called UTAU (similar to Vocaloid) and took the Japanese voice actors voices and put it through the program so they could be made into "Vocaloids" (or Hetaloids as they're called.)

@suitelifegirl777 yes, he is missing his glasses, but there is a reason for that. His glasses represent Texas. He didn't get his glasses until he got Texas and America did not get Texas until 1845 which means he wouldn't have had the glasses during the American Revolution which as you probably already know took place around 1776. At least that's what I was told :3
