i used to just drink vegan milkshakes every day for like 2 months (lost over 11 kilos, score! lol jk)

then i switched to just fruit/veggie smoothies and drinks.

since yesterday im strictly on water only now.

It has roughly 45 million viewers in the states throughout all the seasons and 10% of all Canadians watch it and it is the most watched show in Canada. Under-rated? I think not.
