I remember when this album came out. All the die hard fans hated this so much cause of the experimental sound. I myself loved this so much to the point that it's my favorite album of theirs.

Doom could have taken a cool turn for the best with this--such an urban decaying dark sound. this IS real darkness; REAL DOOM. what could be darker than what a heroine addict feels and sees. this has such a perfect dark atmosphere. the old geezer fans couldn't accept this new sound. they are still in their old comfort zones of forests, swords and castle imagery hahahahaha ^ ^
