Oh my goodness you played that with headphones? I would have totally pooped myself right then and there, man but the guy in this game had a lot of guts! That "buzzing sound" sounds a bit like the machines that keep track of your heart rate. It makes that sound when it detects no heartbeat. Of course, it is in the Civil War, so I don't know what that's doing there. And the sound isn't that staticky.
