Those aren't stock hubcaps, they look like they came off a Daewoo or Suzuki. That Cobalt looks cheap though, I think they should all come with power accessories
I don't think those hubcaps came with the car from the factory, but they look very very nice on it and it suits the car so well! I'd love to get one of these as my first car.
