hey mate.. might not be just your tyre compound thats stops them getting warm in the rain, its most probably the weight of your bike. my sv will handle at about 80-90% compared with dry weather conditions mainly due to a great tyre but also because it weighs 205kg. tyre is bridgestone bt023
never have rode in the rain but riding at night sucks when your visor fogs up on you....and when there are deer lurking on the side of the road....shit's sketchy
