I took propecia from the time I was 30-35 and I have more hair today at 40 then I did at 30. I now take a medication which blocks testosterone (for other reasons, not propecia) and (knock on wood) I still have the hair I grew from the Propecia. Maybe you can try that on top of the transplant.

My grandpa died 5 years ago at the age of 90 and he was not bald, he didn't even have a sign of baldness, he didn't have any hair transplants or wigs, just his natural hair, he didn't have gray hair too, just dark brown hair. He had a very healthy and long life.
I started loosing my hair when I was 19 by the tme I was 21, I was bald. So now I just shave my head. I get more attention from the ladies because they like the clean cut look and I work out more and eat healthyer. I do not want to ever be the stereotypical "fat and bald". Being bald is not a bad thing, Just make it look good and you will be alright (:-D

I saw that hair transplant on TV and they cut flaps of skin (hair follicles) out of the back of the head. It looked painful and complicated so I don't think I'd ever do it plus looks expensive. Greg your hair looks fine really, it's maybe a tad bit thin in the front but nothing that I would consider bad looking.
As for male pattern baldness, I'm happy that no one I know within the past three generations of my family on either side has had any sort of baldness except for my grandfather and that was only when he got into his late eighties right before he passed away.

Not necisarily, A 6th sense is any sense that is not within the 5 normal senses.
There are more than 6, but whichever someone has that is a litle unusual is called a 6th sense.
Psychokinesis can be a 6th sense, Telepathy, etc etc.
