This is definitely Giggy Smile. But note that there is not"L" in the first word. I know... I know... I have no idea what a "Giggy" is either, and "Giggly" would actually seem to make some sense, but the title is "Giggy Smile".
I recall being told that the song titles are off on the CD. Somehow, one of the tracks got split in two, and each part was identified seperately, which caused the rest of the album to be off by one title. So I think this IS Giggy Smile, while the song before or after it (I forget which) is Picnic On A Frozen River Part Two.
I think this may be Picnic on a River. I have the album, and that's what it says on it...wonderful song regardless..:)

the album got the title wrong. if you listen closely you hear them singing giggy smile in the beginning.

That's because even in "so far" there's a track named "picnic on a frozen river" and it sounds like this one.
