Fast FMC setup pmdg flight simulator

Anyone have any idea how to program the FMC while you're already in the air? Lets say I don't have an origin airport, I just want to enter my destination from my gps position in the air. It doesn't let me for some reason.

Hi very good tutorial however I recommend you to safe the flight plan without SID and STAR just the route, so you can use different SID and STAR without modifying the flight plan.

In my PMDG 737 700 when I click NAVDATA and then FLT PLNS, no flights appear!

FMC use saved route tutorial pmdg 737-800 fs2004 open route from C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\PMDG\FLIGHTPLANS

You can make these .rte files with fsnavigator or download them at avsim

In pmdg 747-400 there is no navdata switch with flightplans list. So you can not choose from a list. Instead you should type the flightplan name. Their location is:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\PMDG\FLIGHTPLANS

Wilco 737 FMC is better and more realistic, like you have to manually setup ZFW etc.

nothing, when the vids finishes it says that the pre flight is complete and your good to go for take off

In fsx u make ur own flight plans- go free flight- then bellow the pic of ur plane there will be buttons like flightplanner,load,save all in a row- click flightplanner

BTW whats the point of FMC? u can just glic nav/gps GPS, then APP and the plane will follow ur gps plan-

You can make flightplans with fsnavigator and export them with the pmdg plugin.

How did you get all those flight plans? i just looked and i have none in the FMC :( what program do you use to get them there? is it FS-Build? or whatever program it is please tell me :) i do know how to generally program the FMC but not with waypoints and everything, please tell me the program you have to get all those flight plans in the FMC like that please! :] thanks.
