Hello my cheerful amigo, I listened to this last night at about 2 am,it was my last video of the day,I took it as medicine to unwind,& droop all over my chair, I let it flow all over me and fell asleep totally relaxed, woke up the morning 5 am still plugged in and totally relaxed,apart from cramp in my right leg,and a dead arm but I did not complain, I am trying to say I loved it ,& it was so very relaxing & has a lovely flow to it,so well done my cheerful & happy to know you friend,hugs.55555
