Actually what killed MJ was a lethal dose of Propofol administered intravenously. It's funny you should say that because CM's defense initially claimed that a large oral dose of benzodiazepines was responsible for his death but the coroner's official report later dispelled that.

It is CM's responsibility (and any doctor's who agrees to use a drug like Propofol outside of a hospital setting) to balance the risks/benefits of such a decision, not the patient's. If I gave a toddler a loaded revolver and left the room for 10+ minutes, would it be the toddler's fault if he got hurt?
