The rules changed so that is the largest rear wing allowed. Also the reason the front wing is so much wider.

BMW-Sauber are big contenders this year no doubt about it. Kubica has the speed to consistently challenge for wins and will have gained title challenging experience from 2008.

Well I dont think any of us could have foreseen how quick the Brawn GP cars would be, BMW put a lot of development into the K.E.R.S system which may have been a huge mistake since a K.E.R.S car has yet to win a race, they werent running it in Monaco but were dreadfully slow anyway.

It looks like the likes of Ferrari, McLaren, BMW, Renault & Toyota will be playing catch up To Brawn & Red Bull for the rest of the season, although the Ferrari is showing signs of progress.

i kinda like the simple looks of this generation. the 08 cars looked ridiculous, in the bad sense of the word, with all them wings and airlerons, i couldn't even figure out the way some of those thingys were connected to the car xD different opinions i guess, but aesthetics won't make you think ill of the car i hope, it has very little to do with performance

Since when does it matters how a F1 car looks? if you want a nice car you'll have to buy a Ferrari F430, if you want to drive a really fast car you chose the F1. It's about speed, not looks in motorsport.

Aerodynamicly they are almost perfect, not to the eye though, but the new car I think will be faster. The wings have gone from the sides, but the front has widened so I think it will be the same. Also the advantage of tweaking the front wings from the driver is going to show who knows his homework and who is just a massa... LOL... but also the small boost from the CERNS is going to make it more exciting, F2 has it years now.
