Little things that may affect your Social Security benefits AFTER you win: #2 Child Support

I was recently awarded ssdi and I have $38K that I owe in child support. I would like to know how much of my backpay/retropay will they take or will they take all of it? I'm suppose to receive $15K after lawyer fees.Also,how much of my monthly check percentage wise will they take?I'm looking forward to getting something done with this that has been hanging over my head for the past 10 yrs.I'm also going to be receiving VA compensation as well.Any help you can give me I would greatly appreciate.

My socal daugther dropped out of school, and is working off the books, I've been paying this socal Childsupport payments for a good 18 1/2 years "my socal daugther is 19 y'o and a parent and works off the books", ----why off the books---"Why not pay taxes", Is just to proof to the courts, BY HER MOTHER. that my socal daugther is still living with her, just to collect childsupport. And the Jugde knows this.

Those are the part that hurts me.

Well my son's father was just awarded disability and he has four kids including my son. He never payed child support for any of his kids but is ordered to. He owe me alone at least 14,000 in back support. Disability owe him two years back pay. Do I need to call child support and let them know because I think my case was closed. Or are you giving this information in order to help the dead beats?
