  • you poor bastards

    I love Vermont

  • Damn,sorry bro, didn't know all that about NJ. I feel your pain up in CT with the AWB shit.

  • @KniveGun2ndAmmend I appreciate the support.

  • Shit, stop crying about paying more to modify your magazines. Buy a damn GI mag, it works just as well. And what's the point of getting a collapsible stock if you pin it? A2 stock would've been $40 less

  • @KniveGun2ndAmmend Cant buy GI mags in jersey looked it up some time ago, unless I find 10 round mags any mag I want has to be modified. I got special pricing on my stock it only cost me 35 dollars. If at some point laws change or I move I can remove the pin. Its not crying its serious stupidity and lack of common sense on the governments part, its not right that because I live in a different state my costs to own something is 10-20 percent more then a "free" state.

  • wait they made you pin your stock?

    haha f$ck that!

  • @multiHappyHacker I know it sucks balls, I am temped to change out the pistol grip for that monster grip so I can have an adjustable stock.

  • I know that feel bro.

  • @chris28456 I'm new to this state I use to live in seattle Washington, you can have anything you can shoot there. Here I feel like its hard to get ahold of a bb gun LOL.... Kow any good ranges? and do you need a shooting buddy LOL nohomo broski

  • @lambofdeceit depends where you live in the state, cjrpc is a great range, as far as indoor ranges there is shoreshot and brick armory that I have been to.

  • Texas...my dad bought an AK in CA back in 1999 as an SKS. I have a CMMG M4. They are hunting rifles.

  • @CallMeTonyG where did you get the barrel? and the scope and stock

  • @lambofdeceit Barrel was part of a upper I bought from Jsesurplus and I got stock from same place. The scope was from amazon 35 dollars if I remember right.

  • @CallMeTonyG do you remember the maker of the upper? I live in cherry hill NJ and the laws here are a joke I cant have any threaded barrel and your stainless looks sick as hell I wanna get one like it but in something like a flat black paint

  • @lambofdeceit I believe it is DTI, its a bull barrel, they usually dont paint them that would be something you would have to do yourself.

  • @CallMeTonyG I want to get that type of barrel and have it like black anodized or like OD green or sand colored would be so sick

  • @lambofdeceit I hear that I live near deptford, nj...gun laws are horrible..wish we had better ranges too.

    Can't have 2 or more of these:

    a folding or telescoping stock;

    a pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon;

    a bayonet mount;

    a flash suppressor or threaded barrel designed to accommodate a flash suppressor; and a grenade launcher

  • Jersey sucks! so do all jersey politicians!

  • @g3seifert agreed

  • @CallMeTonyG wait what? in all states you are required to have a 16 in barrel according to the ATF.... but at the same time the states rights go into effect and as long as you are within your own state and haven't committed any crime the ATF has no jurisdiction in your state. In other words you can own whatever the heck you want as long as it doesn't go over state lines and isn't banned in your state.

  • @MrTrajantrajan I live the fucked up regulations you do,they make several products to fix that.get a radlock magazine release for,$35 and you have a release button for when your outa state or at that special "undisclosed location".and a tighten

  • I feel your pain I live in ca 10round mags bullet button

  • NO ONE can regulate your constitutional RIGHT to own and bare Arms. What they do is write on pieces of paper ACTS or CODES, which is specific to them INTERNAL (within the Federal Zone). Exactly like when the corporation you work for asks you to sign and agree with their CODE OF CONDUCT. STOP being a US Citizen living in one of the Districts, or the Corporation known as the UNITED STATES. START living in one of the 50 union states; known as the Republics. FREEDUMB

  • @MrSchpankme I like the way you think.

  • And I thought not being able to have a SBR in WA was bad. Good job not letting stupid laws stop you from building a nice AR.

  • Ca requires 3 rules be followed, then you can have all the "evil features" you want.

    30 inch overall length with weapon in its collapsed configuration.16 inch overall barrel from chamber to end, any removable muzzle device removed. 10rd non-detachable magazine. Could you please not refer to your rifle as an Assault Weapon. Media does that enough already.

  • @DoubleTapper556 I dont think I referred to my rifle as an assault weapon, I think I was just referring to the assault weapon ban.

  • @CallMeTonyG btw, ya did

  • cant hear u nigga

  • Move to Arizona, if you want it you can have it. there are no laws restricting you about what you can and cannot have on your firearm. Even with our open carry if you have an AR15 slung around our back you can walk down main street in Phoenix and they cant arrest, it's legal. Move out of the Nazi run states and come to one that allows it citizen to live free, and allows the Constitution to be the law decider.

  • The 16" barrel requirement is federal law otherwise it would be an SBR(Short Barreled Rifle). The law you are talking about as "having the rifle" is called "constructive possession". Also don't tell me about "assault weapon" laws in NJ. Here in Cali even 1 evil feature makes your gun an assault weapon. And yes you can do something about the pistol grip look up "monsterman grip". My AR has a pistol grip but I have to have a "non-detachable" magazine. Plus you guys can have 15 round mags we get 10

  • @safewaysecurity Yeah the world of ar's and other assault style rifles is new to me so im new to the terms I just knew the rules I guess you would say.I know I do not have it the worst there are states with worse and I can understand your fustration. My complaint was how laws that are foolish and don't do anything have to cost us more money on top of being restrictive. That monsterman grips pretty cool might do that if I build another.

  • @CallMeTonyG Don't use them if you don't have to. Plus we are hopefully going to get these laws overturned here pretty soon. But I know you guys in New Jersey have it much worse as far as CCWs,transport, firearm ownership. Pretty much everything. Can you even get ammo shipped to your house in New Jersey? I heard it's tough to buy a handgun in New Jersey and you have to have a permit and shit. Luckily it's not that bad in Cali but we got lots of lawsuits here.

  • @safewaysecurity yeah we are a may issue with ccw but that means you dont get it unless your job requires it like security.Some guy got kidnapped and beat and the guys that did it got released from jail and he applied for permit and they said he had no justifiable need. We need pistol permits for every handgun we buy in jersey. In my town I have been waiting 6 months so far for my permits its suppose to take 30 days and there's not much I can do about it.

  • @CallMeTonyG The guy who got kidnapped actually got his permit recently I believe. It's a long story as to why which I don't really care to go into right now. Damn 6 months? That's insane. Yeah New Jersey is probably one of the worst states.

  • @safewaysecurity Yeah he got the permit cause he was part of a lawsuit with the SAF and NRA against nj on their may issue laws being anything but may issue and they gave him the permit to discredit him from the lawsuit.

  • @CallMeTonyG Yup pretty much that's the basic story around it without getting too complicated.
