Wow! I'm impressed. I mean, I grew up in a generation where everybody had a Carly Simon, Cat Stevens, Joni Mitchell and Carole King starter kit of vinyl and this is definitely a keeper. It's in my favourites which follows the 1976 Carly Simon version of course. Well Done!

Ha! Oh, man: I love how some of the lyrics ring absolutely true, and others suddenly become just a little bit creepy. Yep, that's our favorite (retired) Deputy Sheriff--a wonderful tribute, I loved it! :)
