The only problem with your video is that the Discovery Institute is only capable of producing speculative books and issuing press releases so if you are challenging them to do actually research... good luck.
Haven't you heard they created a "science lab" which of course they don't let in non-DI personnel. I'm sure they'll come up with some mind blowing evidence :)
What have they done in the 12 years since that poorly written book? Nothing. A theory that does not make any predictive statements is not a theory. I don't even think it qualifies as a hypothesis.

Actually Sharks were found to be missing at least one section of the clotting well before Behe's box "Darwins Black Box" was published.
Good video other than that dang Microsoft Sam voice.
The Bacterial Flagellum and the Eye have also been shown not to really be "Irreducibly Complex"
