I think it's hard for people to come to grips with their own mortality.

My advice: try to avoid making assumptions about people or ideals you know nothing about. Try to approach a non Cristian viewpoint with some kind of open mind. Especially when you state "with God all things are possible!" All things INCLUDE our viewpoint.

the Coriolis effect is responsible for the gyre currents (surface ocean currents) that create the Gulf Stream (among many other currents). The Coriolis effect is a deflection of water motion or even wind motion caused by the rapid rotation of the earth. It is not an actual force.
