very innovative! I do have some issues though, one, can you control the throttle under water? two, what about other boats in the area, guess you'd have a dive flag on the boat? and I think for safety a screen oven the prop would be nice. I see you took some measures for that, but people are stupid and someone will at some point stick there hand in there. just some constructive criticism
