Sadly whats being released is not the true actuator, the true actuator is run with 2 processors each with 2 cores, what we are getting is a slim version of it, but STILL does the trick

its 60% faster than waiting for the electrical signals to get to your hand, and then from the mouse to the computer

It matters one hell of a lot if you are playing a modern first person shooter game. Games like crysis, COH4, Day of Defeat Source, and Half Life 2 Deathmatch can benefit in LARGE with a Neural Actuator.

I have a question; If he is using the mouse to control the camera and using the brain to control everything else. Then could you just use a HMD with tracking to control the camera? It would make for some pretty cool virtual reality, matrix style.

Interesting. note the lack of keyboard usage. Looks like he is able to control wasd directional movement, weapon switching, jumping, and firing, but doesn't yet have full control over aiming.

i think the mouse is to help guide the brain to know where you move..because he is moving it just a little bit and he is swinging all over the place. I think its used for brain support!
