  • This is part 10 of this old and slow chef videos (12 total). Parts 1-7 covered the most complicated and exasperating version of beer can chicken recipe I've ever seen. Ignore that recipe.

    This is a mediocre recipe. For a better dish add garlic and I'd use a bag of fresh spinach instead.

    She only used a portion of the frozen spinach, didn't say amount, and forgot to add salt and pepper. Really, why frozen spinach? if so then buy frozen creamed spinach. Just reheat and eat, less work and cost.
