@Shyuum I know the difference between Muay Thai and kickboxing... considering however that Buakaw has been predominantly fighting in K1 (kickboxing) I would say that 'Kickboxer' would be a better term to use than Muay Thai fighter. I train in both Muay Thai and kickboxing so am aware of the difference. Why split hairs over terminology when the essence of what I'm saying is that as well as being a great athlete, he seems to be a great person with admirable qualities
The world need more exemples like Buakaw(and all the thai fighters) to our youth, is amazing to see a boy that fight for a better life and win. in his last fight with masato after he got knocked off balance by masato's good punch buakaw got emotional and started punching more..
