Nearly all of my family R still wrapped up 2 some degree in Mormonism, but I know God is doing way more than I know in their lives, & in your brothers lives. There were over 70,000 Mormons in the U.S. alone, who left Mormonism in 2007, that is more than 1 percent of their U.S. membership that year. Truth will win.

Nearly all of my family R still wrapped up 2 some degree in Mormonism, but I know God is doing way more than I know in their lives, & in your brothers lives. There were over 70,000 Mormons in the U.S. alone, who left Mormonism in 2007, that is more than 1 percent of their U.S. membership that year. Truth will win.

@mrpilot102 Yeah from one man made religious view, evolution, to anoter man made religious view, buddhism, after a man who is dead, and whose body is still in the grave. It is more easy to deal with idols, than the real God, because we can meet idols on our own terms, the real God does not bend to human wishes or desires, but He is a real God, Who is fully in control, whether we recognize Him or not. No one will ever find the remains of the body of Jesus Christ, because He is risen John 3:18,36.

@1stcorinthians1vrs18 Well seeing as Hinduism and Buddhism are older than christianity I would say more than likely they are not made up. I would say christianity is the one made up. Christianity also has a horrible habit of ripping off other previous religions ideas and history. Of course no one will ever find the remains of jesus...he never existed. Don't you find it embarrassing christianity has ripped off so many other religions?

@mrpilot102 It would be a little hard to claim that Hinduism & Buddhism predate the creation of man. Christianity was prophesied to Adam & Eve in the garden of Eden Genesis 3:15. Blood atonement was all through the Old Testament, forshadowing the final blood atonement that God would provide to permanently remove sin. It is kind of interesting don't you think, if our entire dating method revolves around the time of the Birth of someone you think did not exist? Watch the video The Case For Christ.

You are aware of how/why the Julian/Gregorian calendars came into existence? That could honestly be one of the weakest arguments I have ever heard someone put forth...failure.

@mrpilot102 Bottom line, U can play & imagine the Bible or Christianity 2B a hoax or a fraud, the reality is there is hard archaeological, scientific, historical, prophetic & other evidence that if looked at with any desire 4 truth definitely validate the Bible. When U die, your knees will bow, & your tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. If it takes U until U die, U will B separated from the God U have wanted 2B separated from 4 forever, as U realize He is the source of anything good.

@mrpilot102 There is not a shred of laughter in Hell, it is much to real for any type of laughter. The Bible is full of evil on the part of man, it is full of love, grace, mercy, and goodness on the part of God. If you have read the Bible, perhaps you should really read it once now. Don't read it for what you want it to say, read it for what it does say. God meant what He said, and He said what He meant.

@mrpilot102 Well you will have eternity to figure out that Hell is real if you go on rejecting God as you are now. Your sin is what should disgust you, it ruins your own life and the lives of others around you. There is not one commandment that God has given that is not aimed at protecting us and others from ourselves.

@mrpilot102 Rejecing God by definition (the bible's definition) IS evil. Are you unable to stop that evil within yourself, or unwilling? Hasn't God given the option to you? Perhaps you will say you are unable because you can't see enough evidence to believe in our God, but then who is able to see him clearly? Ask and you shall recieve. If you are unwilling then maybe you should be willing. Maybe you should be the change you wish to see in the world.

@mrpilot102 Well, at least now I have explained to you why the Christian God doesn't just end the like of wars, or take wall street's money and give it to those who need it. He gives us freedom to do what we will with 'our money' and 'our lives' here. He wants us to see what animals we are. In recent years mankind has sunk to new lows, and you ask me why God would not end it? Maybe one day you'll see the truth and you will praise God for his patience. If not, then when he does destroy evil...

Humanity is no worse then it has ever been. I would generally say it is better. We now have far more organizations trying to do good around the world, people have become far more aware of the world around them.

What about Africa the birthplace of humanity? What about North Americas natives who existed up to 30k years ago? South America? Odd the bible's knowledge seems to be centered on the middle east. You are right I couldn't care less about the truth in the bible...as there is very little of it.

"A primitave man" sounds singular to me, but never mind :P I only really meant that it was interesting how he knew so much about thousnads of years of jewish history if he was the person who wrote about it. It's hard to put how good or bad the world is on a scale, but NEW evils I feel are emerging. Not that they didn't exist before but they are on a rise. I'm talking about thinks like gambling, pornography, and destructive cults, tearing apart individuals and family units.

And just watch TV (yes bingo does count as gambling). People do it because they are looking for a glimmer of hope in the tiny chance they will get money. The companies are just trying to make money out of weak unstable people, just the same as cults. I wouldn't want to win that money myself.

@mrpilot102 Why would God need to tell the jews about what happens on the other side of the world? To prove himself? Did he need to? Besides he knew enough to lead the jews to the promised land didn't he? He knew all about the people already there, didn't he? Enough to lead them to victory. And eventually he sent his son, so that EVERYONE may have a chance to be saved by God.

This is all documented..Why was it most of these places Joshua supposedly destroyed were already long gone...and I mean by upwards of a thousand years? All documented in Egyptian history....odd hey?

A christian is someone who follows Jesus, whoever they are whatever the situation. Not everyone who calls themselves christian are. Not all of them will be in heaven.

I could say "in the future a man will rise from the south and guide people to great things"---that could mean anything, but I can guarantee it will come true. I find it shocking people believe in prophecies. Of course christianity is a cult...just a widely accepted one.
