@FluffyMcBurger No problem. If that's what you're doing I suggest DMZing your PS3. This gives you an open NAT type which helps out a lot also. And it couldn't hurt to wire it up with an ethernet cable straight to your router. I don't have a DMZ video but it's simple enough if you're interested.

If you are in the same house then just reset it, log into it via 192.168.1.1 fix your settings and passwords and enable UPnP. Or just figure out the password.

The username and pass should both be "admin" without the quotes. If your router is protected then you have to find the owner the router and ask for the password.

Alright here are the possibilities..

Username: admin

Password: admin

If it's not that then your router probably has a different password for it's security. So just contact the owner who set it and find out. Or if you are the owner and you forgot what it is. Just walk up to it, pick it up, and press the reset button on the back and hold it for 10 seconds. That way it goes back to the factory default settings. Then try using the log in info I provided above!

Sometimes it can be different though.. so if that does not work with you then go into the Search bar on the Start menu and type in CMD and hit enter then type ipconfig in the black box and hit enter look for Default Gateway and thats your Router IP adress.

Did you try Username: admin Password: admin? If you have and that didn't work then ask the person who owns and/or put the password for it. Otherwise you can reset your router by holding the reset button on the back of your router for about 10 seconds then letting it boot back up. Then try using Username: admin Password: admin again and that should let you in.

Unfortunately, Belkin routers are different. And I have had no experience with them at all. But you should be able to host games if you enabled UPnP. I suggest resetting your router by holding the reset button on it for about 10 seconds then going back in and trying again. Also I hope you're doing this on a wireless router otherwise it will not work. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask anytime. by default the username and password should both be admin. Unless some changed it then you'll have to go and manually reset your router and then try to log into your router with that username and password. To reset your router just go to it and hold the reset button on it for at least 8 seconds then let it reboot and go back to your PC and follow this tutorial.

Try finding a Ethernet cable or a Cat-5 cable and hooking your PS3 to your router or your modem. That way you get direct connection rather than wireless connection. Depending on how far you are away from your router makes the signal weak.

Well enabling UPnP will allow you to host online games with your PSP. I believe it does the same thing with a PS2. Enabling UPnP will allow your router to automatically forward ports for your online games. This helps because then you don't have to do it manually.
