The record should be 'fastest window wipe ever!' there's no way I'd pay the guy if my windows were done that way. fair enough his mop and squeegee touched most of the glass but actually CLEANED it? unlikely. I'm not putting him down, but i have been a window cleaner for 9 years and there's no way he cleaned that glass properly!!
