Thank you for this recipe. I needed a frosting recipe the would not include any cheese because i wished to cover the cake with fondant and leave it on the counter. That is why i was looking for a frosting recipe that did not need to be chilled for at least 24 hours so i had time to decorate the fondant covered cake.
